Program
9 day Program - group options with a minimum of 6 participants: available all year round.
Ages:
Program Inclusions:

Host family accommodation for 8
nights (breakfast, dinner, laundry service and Airport transfers
included if arrival is before 10 p.m. and departure after 6:00
a.m.)

Spanish class - 5 days (2 hours
per day)

Orientation session

ICLC escort for 5 days (during site
visits - in Spanish)

Private transportation for 6 days
for the following site visits: Mall, Alajuela, Grecia, Sarchí,
Birds Zoo and Snake farm.

Lunch at ICLC campus (Monday)

Planting trees activity (Tuesday)

Cooking class (Tuesday)

Traditional games: activity with children from the local elementary school (Wednesday)

Entrance fee to Birds Zoo Park (Thursday)

Lunch at the typical restaurant after Birds Zoo (Thursday)

Entrance fee to Snake farm (Friday)

Farewell lunch (Friday)

Visit to the cloud forest for the canopy tour/ Includes private transportation, lunch and canopy / Taxi to go to the meeting point is not included.

Children from 7 to 13 year old must
be accompanied by parents or by a responsible relative.

Minors from 14 to 17 year old must sign and return the following document scanned:
waiver for minors.
Cancellation policies:
-
For cancellations made from 4
weeks before arrival to 1 day before arrival to the Program:
ICLC Administration will refund 25% of the total fee per
person.

For cancellations made after arrival
to Costa Rica: No refunds will be granted.
